Reiki
Experience the transformation power of Reiki, a gentle healing practice to promote relaxation, reduces stress, and strengthens clients’ spiritual connection. This non-invasive practice supports physical, emotional, and spiritual healing, making it an ideal complement to other holistic therapies. Reiki is most effective in personalized one on one sessions, ranging from 15-60 minutes in length, depending on program needs. The option for small group Reiki sessions are also available. Holistic Wellness Coaching
I believe that it's crucial to have health and wellness coaching available to clients in a mental health and addiction treatment setting. Health and wellness coaching helps clients integrate their treatment into building a lasting healthy lifestyle. I meet individually with clients for 15-60 minute sessions (weekly or bi-weekly as needed). Together, we establish and achieve goals involving all forms of wellness (emotional, physical, occupational, social, spiritual, intellectual, environmental, and financial). While therapists focus on healing and emotional regulation, my role is to guide clients in building healthy habits and recognizing their personal agency in enhancing their quality of life in the present. Breathwork/Meditation Sessions
Experience various methods of breathwork and meditation geared towards cultivating self-love and strengthening the mind-body connection to overcome trauma. Techniques include pranayama, guided visual meditation, kundalini awakening, fire redirection, EFT/ TFT tapping, Nidra, sound healing,transcendental meditation, chakra realignment, energy work, grounding, gratitude enhancement and more.
